wrapping Coats
| Below are various pictures of my dogs in wraps to protect their coats and keep them from breaking. When showing yorkies it is imperative that their coats be kept in top condition for the show ring. Wrapping helps to keep them from breaking their coats, and from having them damaged by their everyday activities around the house. If you start wrapping them as soon as the hair is long enough to get into a paper, they get accustomed to it and learn not to bother the wraps or tear them out. The wraps do not hamper their movements, or hurt them. |
