|The sky is clear blue when it's crisp
Add a few clouds and it's speckled with pink and gold.
The trees in shades of brown only sleep they do not die,
Have all lost the green colors they had in July.
The streets are covered in various shades of gray,
Leftover from a light snow that fell on a previous day.
The forest floor, with its blanket of white,
Show signs of the creatures that were out last night.
The night moon shines bright , all yellow and cream,
Making the snow covered ground sparkle and gleem.
The shades of winter are all around,
Though many don't see them, the colors abound.
